DMCA Notice

To report a copyright infringement claim under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), send a written notice to our Designated Agent at dmca@rebel-cards.com with the subject prefix [DMCA]. We respond within 14 days.

What to include in your notice

To comply with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your written notice should contain:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or person authorized to act on their behalf).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material on the Service you claim is infringing — include the URL or account/listing identifier so we can locate it.
• Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was erroneous, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email with the subject prefix [DMCA-COUNTER]. Counter-notices must contain the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for the location of your address (or, if outside the United States, in the district where Rebellion LLC may be found).

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
